Novis Wireless needed to improve the billing and service request handling processes, and efficient tools to create meaningful data. As Salesforce Developer the goal is to streamline service requests and improve data analysis capabilities, so that Novis can better address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction in preparation for a busy holiday season. The customers should be able to receive their monthly usage bills in the form of pdf attached to their emails.
